About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Representative to drive book sales growth by interacting with clients primarily through email, phone, and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities for book sales, using data and insights to drive growth.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients via email, phone, and Teams, ensuring solid relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and due diligence in all client interactions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to align with business targets.
  • Utilize Excel and CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer services, marketing and credit control, to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Handle complex client correspondence with precision and timeliness.

Requirements

  • Be fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Have experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrate decision-making abilities, especially in managing client communications.
  • Be proficient in Excel and CRM systems with solid analytical skills.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to manage client relationships.
  • Manage compliance and observe due diligence in the territory.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment.
