Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Green Eagle Solutions. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, following up to ensure resolution within SLA guidelines.
  • Escalate customer requests and incidents to the next level for resolution, monitoring and following up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify customer needs and provide guidance on using specific features, building strong relationships with our clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions, updating internal teams with useful customer discussions.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities, monitoring server status to identify opportunities for improvement and execute preventive maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Customer Care Specialist or similar CS role.
  • Proficiency in help desk software and remote support tools, including ticket management and tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented skills, with a focus on detail and time management.
  • Availability to work in rotating overnight shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Microsoft products, including tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience in the energy sector.
