**The Challenge**
We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our team and drive user activation and growth for our German tax filing product. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract new users and convert them into loyal customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the end-to-end user journey from onboarding to activation, including registration, user management, and growth loops.
- Conduct qualitative research to understand user needs, behavior, and friction points in the existing user experience.
- Develop and prioritize a backlog of experiments to address user problems and drive growth, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to run effective A/B tests and implement successful experiment results.
- Build strong relationships with Marketing, Brand, and Country leadership to create a shared understanding of growth levers, metrics, and learnings.
- Define and align on clear Activation/Growth KPIs to guide prioritization, measure impact, and report progress.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in digital product development, with a proven track record of driving product-led growth.
- Experience with high-tempo experimentation, funnel optimization, and growth loop development.
- Strong data-driven, analytical mindset and user empathy to set hypotheses, narrow in on opportunities, and drive impact on KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with designers, engineers, marketers, and company leaders to create alignment and drive progress.
