We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Marketing Department in Iberia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all product-related projects from inception through completion.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive project implementation plans, define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, and align project goals with the broader marketing and business strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure all project aspects are aligned.
- Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned projects, ensure they are progressing according to plan, and manage project changes, risks, and issues.
- Resource Management: Identify resource needs, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor resource usage.
- Budget Management: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, and provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential business risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, provide regular project updates, and prepare post-project evaluations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Develop and implement communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and changes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or product-related projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in project management software and collaboration tools, solid understanding of marketing principles and product lifecycle management.
