Project Manager Neodent

The Straumann Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join its Marketing Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all product-related projects from inception through completion.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Iberia, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and external vendors, to ensure that projects align with the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Align project goals with the broader marketing and business strategy.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned projects, ensuring they are progressing according to plan.
- Manage project changes, risks, and issues, and take corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered within the agreed-upon timeline.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or product-related projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and collaboration tools.
