About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Marketing Department in Iberia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all product-related projects from inception through completion related to our products/brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Strategy
Develop comprehensive project implementation plans within the Iberian organization, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure all project aspects are aligned.
Project Execution
Oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned projects, ensuring they are progressing according to plan.
Resource Management
Identify resource needs and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success.
Budget Management
Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and within the allocated budget.
Risk Management
Identify potential business risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change logs.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in marketing or product-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
