Key Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Nordex Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality products, and driving industrialization activities.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Design and implement work procedures, training programs, and visual aids to enhance production efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with production staff to provide training and support, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks effectively.
  3. Develop and maintain specifications, instructions, and documentation for suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  4. Conduct process tests, analyze results, and document findings to inform process improvements.
  5. Manage capital expenditures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and resource optimization.
  6. Develop and maintain lists, specifications, and instructions for machinery and tools, ensuring safe and efficient use.
  7. Coordinate order requests, track supplier performance, and validate deliveries to ensure timely and quality receipt of materials.
  8. Plan and execute industrialization activities, ensuring smooth transition from development to production.
  9. Design and optimize macro and micro layouts to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
  10. Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  11. Lead change management initiatives, developing and implementing plans to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth transitions.
  12. Monitor and analyze quality, production, and consumption indicators, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address deviations.
Requirements:

Education: Master's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Industrial Management or related field.

Skills: Proficiency in Excel, VDA, ISO norms, and standards; experience with PLM and ERP systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Personal Qualities: Structured and organized approach, with a focus on results; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment.

Language Skills: Advanced English and German language proficiency.
