About the Role:
Nordex Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Engineer Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in defining, planning, implementing, analyzing, and improving the processes needed to manufacture wind turbine blades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement process improvements that enhance product quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Assist in generating, conveying, and updating documentation, including work procedures, training instructions, and test specifications.
- Support blade production by identifying and addressing problems, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of action plans and KPI tracking to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English, with a medium to high level of proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
