About the Role:

Nordex Group is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our industrialization team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain work procedures and instructions for production staff.
  • Train production staff on new processes and procedures.
  • Generate and update specifications and instructions for suppliers.
  • Document and analyze process tests and materials.
  • Manage capital expenditures (CAPEX) and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and maintain lists, specifications, and instructions for machinery and tools.
  • Coordinate order requests, supplier tracking, and validation.
  • Plan and execute industrialization activities, including macro and micro layout.
  • Develop and maintain bill of materials (BOM) and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Develop and implement change management and implementation plans.
  • Monitor and analyze quality, production, and consumption indicators, and develop action plans to improve performance.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer with a strong background in industrialization and process engineering. You should have a Master's degree in Engineering and valuable experience in composite materials and industrial management.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering.
  • Valuable experience in composite materials and industrial management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, VDA, ISO normative, and standards.
  • Process statistic control and PLM – ERP experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Advanced English and German language skills.
