About Our Client

Our client is a leading international company with a strong presence in Europe, with a significant presence in Galicia, Pontevedra. They specialize in the automotive industry, leveraging innovative technologies to drive success.

Job DescriptionLeadership
  • Lead a team of engineers, developing and maintaining resource plans that align with business objectives, while guiding and supporting team members as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical projects, collaborating with global offices, clients, and internal departments.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members on operations and technical expertise, fostering growth and development.
Technical Expertise
  • Analyze design specifications for automotive industry clients, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
  • Develop and implement test concepts, test cases, and automated test frameworks for embedded systems in vehicles.
  • Commission and implement ECU tests on HIL and PIL simulation platforms.
  • Design and build prototypes and proof-of-concepts for technical areas of responsibility.
  • Utilize Technica Engineering's products as test tools, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Professional experience in automotive, telecommunications, or software development industries.
  • Engineering background, preferably in telecommunications or computer science.
  • Experience managing mid-sized engineering teams, with strong technical and disciplinary leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages, including Python, C++, or C#.
  • Knowledge of Ethernet protocols, such as ARP, IPv4, IPv6, and TCP/IP.
  • Experience with network technology, including switches, VLANs, and protocols.
  • Full professional proficiency in English language.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
