About the Role:
- Analyze large and complex marketing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement predictive models to forecast marketing performance and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their goals and challenges, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in data science, marketing analytics, and machine learning, applying new knowledge to improve marketing data science practices within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's or Ph.D. is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on marketing analytics or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong experience with SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications in marketing (e.g., regression, decision trees, clustering, neural networks).
