Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our marketing team, you will support the Director of Marketing in developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all marketing activities align with the SLS brand's identity, values, and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and budgets in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
- Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the SLS brand.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, consumer preferences, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with the sales department to develop branding strategies and messaging.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to produce marketing materials and distribute promotional content.
- Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities and performance metrics.
- Assist in managing the digital presence, including website updates and online listings.
- Develop marketing presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with local media outlets and influencers to promote the hotel through various channels.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager with a degree in 360 Marketing management. You should have at least 3 years of experience in hospitality or luxury marketing, with a proven track record of living the company's values. Proficiency in computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
