Postdoctoral Researcher in Low-Cost CMOS Compatible Optoelectronics
Quantum Flagship is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team in the development of low-cost CMOS compatible optoelectronics. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of experts to design, fabricate, and characterize novel optoelectronic devices based on intersubband transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and fabricate optoelectronic devices using CMOS compatible materials and processes.
- Characterize the optical and electrical properties of the devices using various techniques.
- Collaborate with the research team to develop new device architectures and materials.
- Contribute to the writing of research papers and presentations.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in the fabrication and characterization of optoelectronic devices.
- Strong background in the physics of intersubband transitions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or MATLAB.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CMOS compatible materials and processes.
- Knowledge of low-noise techniques and optical instrumentation.
