Postdoctoral Researcher in Low-Cost CMOS Compatible Optoelectronics
Quantum Flagship is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team in the development of low-cost CMOS compatible optoelectronics. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of experts to design, fabricate, and characterize novel optoelectronic devices based on colloidal quantum dots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and fabricate colloidal quantum dot films and devices for infrared photodetection and light emission
- Characterize and optimize the performance of optoelectronic devices using various techniques, including optical and electronic characterization
- Collaborate with the research team to develop new materials and device architectures for low-cost CMOS compatible optoelectronics
- Contribute to the preparation of research papers and presentations for international conferences
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in the fabrication, characterization, and optimization of optoelectronic devices
- Strong background in the physics of intersubband transitions in quantum confined materials and devices
- Proficiency in optical and electronic characterization techniques
