**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at the Quantum Flagship. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing low-cost CMOS compatible optoelectronic devices for infrared applications.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, fabricate, and characterize colloidal quantum dot films for infrared optoelectronic devices
- Develop and implement novel fabrication techniques for CMOS compatible optoelectronic devices
- Collaborate with the research team to optimize device performance and integrate with existing technologies
- Contribute to the development of new research projects and proposals
**Requirements**
- Ph.D. in Material Science, Physics, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in the fabrication, characterization, and optimization of optoelectronic devices
- Strong background in the physics of intersubband transitions in quantum confined materials and devices
- Proficiency in optical and electronic characterization techniques
