Job Title: Store & Sales Assistant

Join Tropicfeel, S.L. as a Store & Sales Assistant in our upcoming store in Goya, Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions, and maintaining a high level of merchandising visual and store conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Manage and process sales transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments.
  • Maintain a high level of merchandising visual and store conditions, including restocking shelves and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
  • Identify customer needs and preferences, making recommendations to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise, as required.
