We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success through effective digital advertising campaigns.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on online advertising campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Requirements:
  • C1 level of German minimum.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in advertising and PPC campaigns (preferable).
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B) (preferable).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
What We Offer:
  • Full-time position: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Competitive salary: €24,310 to €30,000 gross per year (depending on experience).
  • Sales bonus package: Up to €3,000 - €4,290 gross per year.
