About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled German Marketing Consultant to join our team at Work International. As a specialist advisor for German companies, you will play a key role in improving their online advertising campaigns and identifying areas of growth based on digital advertising campaigns.

This is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team increasing the Client customer base across EMEA. You will be part of the largest team who creates unique customer experiences while actively affecting the German online marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective online advertising campaigns for German companies.
  • Identify areas of growth and opportunities for improvement in digital advertising campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to increase the Client customer base across EMEA.
  • Provide specialist advice to German companies on online advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create unique customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Native level of German.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 months -1 Year of experience on advertising, PPC Campaigns.
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B).
  • A team player with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
  • Passionate about Marketing, technology and online Advertising, with a desire to learn and develop.
What We Offer
  • Full time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday).
  • Permanent Contract.
  • Salary conditions: from 24.310€ gross/year up to 30.000€ gross/year.
  • Sales bonus package: up to 3.000€ € gross/year.
  • This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
