About the Role:
The Head of Public Affairs will be responsible for coordinating and executing Cabify's public affairs strategy across the European Union and Spain, reporting to the Country Manager and in close collaboration with the Global VP of Communications and Public Affairs. The main goal is to mitigate regulatory risks and create a favorable institutional environment for the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the Spain and EU Public Affairs Strategy.
- Develop and manage influential relationships with political bodies, regulators, and relevant stakeholders.
- Represent Cabify in industry associations and platforms.
- Monitor and anticipate key legislation impacting the company, collaborating with regulators to establish a favorable regulatory framework.
- Design and execute the institutional relations strategy with local and general administrations across the territories where Cabify operates.
- Coordinate institutional opportunities and their development within the company.
- Prepare reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making in public affairs.
- Identify key actors in the transport, technology, and innovation sectors and establish strategic alliances.
