Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the financial team and driving the development of financial strategies to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial department and develop financial strategies to support business growth
- Collaborate closely with management to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Oversee tax compliance and ensure accurate financial reporting to the Trelleborg Group
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and variance analyses
- Control investment expenditure and prepare investment applications
- Review accounting and prepare financial statements
- Ensure compliance with local laws and Trelleborg Group requirements
- Act as Compliance Officer for the CSC Spain
- Administer and update employment contracts, including salary development
Requirements
- University degree in Business Management with professional experience in financial controlling
- Recognized accounting qualification, C.P.A.
- Experience with International Accounting Standards in a multinational corporation is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP (SAP)
- Leadership skills with a business mindset
- Good communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written); German is a plus
