**Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team at Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in the operation and maintenance of our global network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Network Administration: Responsible for the setup, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware, systems, and network servers, including systems maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting the virtual server environment, network security, and LAN/WAN analysis.
- Interconnectivity**: Maintains and provides support on interconnectivity between EMEA offices and international locations.
- Network Monitoring**: Reviews network monitoring tools and reviews anomalies on a weekly basis.
- Infrastructure Updates**: Reviews and updates network infrastructure equipment.
- Networking Equipment**: Responsible for deployment, configuration, maintenance, and support of networking equipment and systems.
- Documentation**: Maintains diagrams and other documentation regarding application or system functionality and assures they are kept up to date.
- LAN/WAN Analysis**: Conducts LAN/WAN analysis to ensure optimal performance of the network, including monthly utilization reports.
- Issue Resolution**: Resolves issues within the LAN/WAN environments.
- Backup Monitoring**: Sustains the integrity and 24/7 availability of all network data through backup monitoring.
- Communication**: Communicates projects and priorities with global team members and IT management on a weekly basis.
- Experience**: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related position in an enterprise network environment is required.
- Education**: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Cloud Environments**: Must have familiarity with cloud environments including a working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Certifications**: Microsoft Azure certification is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
- Network Topology**: Must have a working knowledge of network topology and remote access devices.
- Virtual Environments**: Must have a working knowledge of virtual environments; VMWare experience is preferred.
- Flexibility**: Must demonstrate a high level of flexibility to support business needs.
- Autonomy**: Must be able to work autonomously with minimal support.
- Attention to Detail**: Must have strong attention to detail.
- Communication Skills**: Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal and external parties.
- Travel**: Must be available to travel (more than) 50% of the time to EMEA offices.
