Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical System Integration and Design Engineer to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical solutions in support of building, testing, and delivering aircraft.

Main Responsibilities:
• Delivering technical solutions in support of building, testing, and delivering aircraft
• Defining mechanical systems from system architecture
• Specifying mechanical components for purchasing
• Creating mechanical parts documentation for manufacturing
• Developing mechanical systems installation documentation for assembling
• Interfacing with external partners and suppliers and communicating with corresponding stakeholders in design reviews, test reports, and project follow-up meetings

Requirements:
• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent
• Deep knowledge and experience in CATIA and PDM/PLM tools, as well as usual back office tools (Office)
• Ability to accept design delegation
• Motivated, proactive, and team dynamic player
• Committed to their own development to learn new skills
• Fluent in writing and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
• Deep knowledge of aircraft systems & structures design
• Knowledge and/or experience in work linked to aeronautical military projects
• Professional experience as engineer/designer on fluid systems installations (hydraulic, fuel, pneumatics, etc.) and equipment installations (sensor & antennas, lights and cameras, cockpit installations, LRU installations, etc.)
