Job Title: Social Media Sales and Marketing Advisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. As a Social Media Sales and Marketing Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Acquiring new advertisers within the SMB space
- Performing consultative work to provide the best solution for the client's business goal
- Providing custom recommendations tailored to client goals
- Gathering feedback on advertising products to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Native German speaker with a good level of English (at least B2)
- High school degree or bachelor's degree
- Sales or marketing background
- General understanding or interest in online marketing products
- Strategic thinker
- Drive for excellence and professionalism
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- True team player willing to work with many different nationalities
What We Offer:
- Fixed-term contract for one year with the possibility of renewal
- Working hours: Mon – Fri 8 am to 5 pm (40 hrs/week)
- 12 days of paid training
- Salary conditions: 1.633,89€ gross/month + bonus up to 1.267,00€ gross per quarter (including free accommodation) or 1.905,92€ gross/month + bonus up to 1.267,00€ gross per quarter (without accommodation)
- Reimbursement of initial flight costs, pick up from the airport, annual return ticket to home country (within the EU), help with paperwork, and free Portuguese lessons
