About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Games Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Alpha Games. As a key member of our gaming division, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of quality assurance specialists to identify and resolve game-related issues
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure game quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and production, to ensure game quality and meet project deadlines
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of games to identify and report defects and issues
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics and reports to track game quality and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in game quality assurance or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of quality assurance specialists
  • Strong understanding of game development processes and quality assurance methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex game-related issues and develop effective solutions
