About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Associate to join our team at Monday Working Spaces By Urbania in Málaga. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our center, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and overseeing all events and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding: Welcome new members to the community, provide a comprehensive introduction to the center and its facilities, and ensure a smooth transition into their new role.
  • Invoicing and Collections: Manage the monthly invoicing process, issue invoices, follow up on payments, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Operative Management: Coordinate with suppliers to maintain high-quality standards, manage internal and external events, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers and community members.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in asset management, preferably in roles similar to office manager or event coordinator.
  • Training in business management, commercial/marketing, or tourism.
  • Demonstrable experience in event planning and execution.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
