Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Visa. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our payment systems and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of our payment systems and services to ensure they meet the highest standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our payment systems.
- Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in Visa's payment systems and services, including VisaNet.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize exceptional analysis and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues and improve our payment systems.
- Travel: Travel may be required to attend meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Education: Ideally educated to degree level, or equivalent, in a relevant field such as computer science or processing related subjects.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years' experience in processing systems and services, and their practical application in the Spanish market.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage complex technical systems across a number of products, platforms, and services. Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Language: Spanish native speaker.
