About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at Social You. As a Senior QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure the highest level of quality in our software applications.
  2. Test Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and report on testing activities to ensure that our software applications meet the required quality standards.
  3. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects in our software applications, and work with development teams to resolve defects in a timely manner.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to ensure that quality assurance activities are aligned with business objectives.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality assurance process.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test automation and defect management.
  2. Skills: Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and defect management tools. Proficiency in test automation tools and languages, such as Selenium or Appium.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
