Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Minacs. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or business.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
