Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Senior Manager to join our team at Visa. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our direct connections to VisaNet, as well as developing expertise in Visa Monitoring Tools and identifying and resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and inspect client direct connections to VisaNet, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective measures.
  • Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality of client direct connections.
  • Utilize exceptional analysis and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Take ownership of high-severity incidents and engage with senior management for escalation and communication purposes.
  • Develop effective working relationships with external and internal clients to achieve best-in-class customer satisfaction targets.
  • Manage technical communications with clients' technical teams, project teams, customer services teams, and senior executives.
  • Maintain and cultivate strong relationships amongst the team and other key departments within the company.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply in-depth knowledge of Visa services to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in Visa Monitoring Tools and a willingness to learn and develop expertise in additional Visa products.
