About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Nonprofit Partnerships Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our operations in the Indian and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our operations in the Indian and UK markets
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product functions to ensure successful project execution
  • Gather information about nonprofit needs and opportunities for collaboration
  • Generate leads and book demos for account executives
  • Brainstorm new solutions to further develop our employee volunteering and nonprofit partnerships offering
Requirements
  • Demonstrated passion for supporting nonprofit organizations and strong communication skills
  • Experience in roles requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills, such as customer service, sales, community engagement, or nonprofit advocacy
  • Ability to understand prospect needs and negotiate contracts
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with any other languages a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in management, administration, marketing, international relations, or a related field
