Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in Madrid. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and a unique shopping experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in high-end fashion retail
  • Passion for fashion and knowledge of the industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Fluency in English
