Expert Rating Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled German Expert Rating Analyst to join our team at Welocalize. As an Expert Rating Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving AI-driven online advertising platforms.

About the Role

You will be responsible for establishing benchmarks and guidelines for data used to train AI models, particularly in areas lacking defined standards. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of web-based advertising and AI models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve AI-driven online advertising platforms
  • Establish benchmarks and guidelines for data used to train AI models
  • Work with a diverse team of data scientists, data analysts, and expert raters to improve advertising relevance
  • Collaborate with a team from different cultural backgrounds who work on various languages
Requirements
  • Native-level fluency in German (as spoken in Germany)
  • Excellent understanding and use of English (written and spoken)
  • Must be willing to work in our office in Barcelona, Spain
  • Must sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Must be authorized to work in Spain
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in one or more of the following: AI-based relevance rating, marketing/advertising, linguistics, content creation, writing, tech-related quality assurance, data labeling, or linguistic annotation
  • 4-year university degree in any of the above-mentioned professions/disciplines
  • Knowledge and interest in artificial intelligence technology and its ethical implications, especially in online advertising
