Job Title: German Expert Rating Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled German Expert Rating Analyst to join our team at Welocalize. As a German Expert Rating Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving AI-driven online advertising platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and improve AI-driven online advertising platforms
  • Establish benchmarks and guidelines for data used to train AI models
  • Work with data in German and collaborate with a diverse team from different cultural backgrounds
  • Research and gather insights, and understand complex problems across a variety of topics
  • Define, explain, and defend points of view in group discussions
Requirements:
  • Native-level fluency in German (as spoken in Germany)
  • Excellent understanding and use of English (written and spoken)
  • Must be willing to work in our office in Barcelona, Spain
  • Must sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Must be authorized to work in Spain
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years' experience in one or more of the following: AI-based relevance rating, marketing/advertising, linguistics, content creation, writing, tech-related quality assurance, data labeling, or linguistic annotation
  • 4-year university degree in any of the above-mentioned professions/disciplines
  • Knowledge and interest in artificial intelligence technology and its ethical implications, especially in online advertising
