About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled German Expert Rating Analyst to join our team at Welocalize, Inc. as a key member of our data analysis and AI model relevance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve AI-driven online advertising platforms
  • Establish benchmarks and guidelines for data used to train AI models
  • Collaborate with data scientists, data analysts, and expert raters to improve advertising relevance
  • Work with data in German and collaborate with a diverse team from different cultural backgrounds
Requirements
  • Native-level fluency in German (as spoken in Germany)
  • Excellent understanding and use of English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work in our office in Barcelona, Spain
  • Authorization to work in Spain
  • Preferred: 2+ years' experience in AI-based relevance rating, marketing/advertising, linguistics, content creation, writing, tech-related quality assurance, data labeling, or linguistic annotation
  • Preferred: 4-year university degree in any of the above-mentioned professions/disciplines
