We are seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to oversee and implement all marketing functions for our real estate business. This individual will manage the development and execution of various marketing strategies, including SMS and email drip campaigns, direct mail, PPC, data analysis, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, aligning with business objectives.
  • Manage and execute SMS and email drip campaigns to engage and convert real estate leads.
  • Lead direct mail campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and budget adherence.
  • Track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing budgets across channels, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI.
  • Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and campaign adjustments.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with marketing regulations, including TCPA for SMS and CAN-SPAM for email.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in overseeing all marketing functions, ideally in real estate or a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, including direct mail, PPC, SMS, email, and digital advertising.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure efficiency.
  • Expertise in KPI tracking and performance analysis for optimizing marketing strategies.

Competitive salary range up to $2500 USD per month, based on location and experience.
