About the Role

As a Technical Sales Support Specialist for our Measurement & Analytics division in Spain and Portugal, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and customers during the proposal process. Your technical expertise will be essential in preparing product descriptions, determining costs, and finalizing documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer technical advice and solutions to customers, channels, and sales specialists on ABB products, systems, and applications.
  • Perform analytical and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution for customers and address complex inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain new sales opportunities and resolve specific customer problems, ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Ensure achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support and direct customer contact, with a strong background in instrumentation products for the Water, Energy, Chemical, and O&G markets.
  • Enhanced knowledge of Sales force, SAP, and Office.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical degree, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, with a valid work permit in Spain.
