Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Security Operations team in a pan-European capacity. This role will be responsible for ensuring the consistent deployment of OT cyber security policies, standards, processes, and tools across our territories.

The successful candidate will be accountable for maintaining a standardized approach to OT cyber security, identifying best practices, and driving cross-country deployment waves of new policies, standards, processes, and tools.

This role will also involve collaborating with our BPT security team to develop OT security policies, standards, and procedures, as well as working closely with the Risk and Compliance department to ensure compliance with regulations such as NIS2 and KRITIS.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with all levels of our organization, from shop floor technicians to senior leaders, and will be able to develop effective relationships with outside bodies to support our endeavours.

This is a key role in our Digital Transformation and Productivity department, and the successful candidate will play a critical part in driving our OT cyber security strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement OT cyber security policies, standards, and procedures in collaboration with our BPT security team.
  • Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance department to ensure compliance with regulations such as NIS2 and KRITIS.
  • Develop and maintain a Risk Matrix for OT implementation, including opportunities and challenges.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with outside bodies to support our endeavours.
  • Provide cyber security guidance and support to all stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Support the Central Enterprise Risk Management department in maintaining the PowerBI dashboard for OT Risks.

Requirements:

  • Strong relationships with all levels of our organization, from shop floor technicians to senior leaders.
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with outside bodies to support our endeavours.
  • Experience in developing and implementing OT cyber security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of regulations such as NIS2 and KRITIS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
