About the Role

As a CRM Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the current and future CRM solutions for Novartis Farmacéutica, used by over 50,000 users globally. Your extensive knowledge of CRM solutions in the pharmaceutical industry and ability to balance standardization and customization will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-level architecture and detailed solution design for CRM applications using Veeva CRM suite and Salesforce Platform.
  • Coach and guide technical design experts and developers on daily activities, serving as the main technical point of contact for CRM solutions.
  • Develop processes to build harmonized global solutions for deployment in multiple Salesforce environments, define core application rules, and resolve conflicts between core solutions and local deployments.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends, ensuring the company gets the right value from current and new solutions.
  • Liaise with partners (software vendors, system integrators, service providers) for the continuous evolution of solutions, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
  • Evaluate data integration patterns and propose solutions for each case.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience designing and implementing Veeva-based solutions in a multi-country/multi-org environment.
  • Hands-on experience as the main solution design/architecture role for CRM implementations.
  • Extensive experience with GDO/CORE models for CRM applications, Salesforce metadata API or SFDX deployments, and Veeva CRM data model.
  • Understanding of other Veeva solutions such as Vault (Promomats/Medcomms) and Align.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in agile methodology.
  • Experience with Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, etc.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
