Human Resources Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Hitachi Astemo Buelna Sociedad Limitada. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing corporate policies at the local level, facilitating effective communication with employees, and managing our local HRIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement corporate policies and procedures at the local level
- Facilitate effective communication with employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Manage and maintain our local HRIS to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Design and deliver employee development and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to succession planning and talent management processes to ensure the growth and development of our team
- Support strategic workforce development initiatives to drive business success
- Participate in and support local industrial relations activities to maintain positive relationships with employees and unions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the local context
Requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders
- Good interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and employees
- Sound legal understanding, with knowledge of Spanish labor law to ensure compliance
- Resilience and emotional intelligence to manage challenging situations and employee relationships
- Ability to maintain good relations with worker's union to ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Fluent in English to communicate effectively with international colleagues and stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or similar background/experience
- +7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
