We are a global health insurer committed to improving lives through innovative technology solutions. Our International division is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Madrid office.

This role is part of our Technology, Engineering & Operations group and reports to the Service Desk Manager. As a member of the team, you will provide operational support and account administration, ensuring seamless customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Offer technical assistance to on-site and remote users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices.
  • Manage and monitor IT Service Desk Incidents and Service Requests via our call management system.
  • Grant and manage user access to various applications.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and process efficiency.
  • Ensure all incidents are resolved in accordance with SLA targets.
  • Escalate any issues or outages to the IT End User Services Manager.
  • Prioritize and allocate requests within the IT Support team.

Required Skills

  • Two years of experience in an IT support environment.
  • Incident management skills.
  • Familiarity with call management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Windows 10 support and build experience.
  • Active Directory expertise.
  • Citrix Support.
  • SCCM.
  • Exchange account maintenance.
  • Networking and patching.

Desirable Skills

  • ITIL foundation certification.
  • Microsoft certification.
  • Experience with Service Now.
  • Avaya Telephony.
