Dynamic Sales Development Representative for German Market in Valencia

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in sunny Valencia. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and key markets.
- Engage with potential clients through calls, qualifying, and converting leads into long-term customers.
- Owning client onboarding as the go-to contact for clients during their first three months.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records to ensure data is updated and organized.
- Closely collaborating with your team to share insights, updates, and strategies to boost performance.
Requirements:
- Native-level German proficiency and a minimum B2 level of English.
- A 'sharky' attitude with a hunger for success.
- Energetic, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- A passion for working with diverse teams and clients.
- A valid Spanish work permit is required.
