As a Risk Containment Unit Manager, you will be responsible for conducting ongoing reviews of process design to ensure effective operational processes with zero process gaps and zero fraud exposure. You will establish and lead the Center of Excellence for the Risk Containment Unit, interacting with process owners to identify problem areas and brainstorm solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute annual operating projects for the Unit, optimizing operational processes and introducing new technologies.
- Conduct horizontal reviews of all products to replicate best practices and design requirements.
- Review important operational metrics and ongoing KPI/KRI monitoring to assess effectiveness and functioning of deployed capabilities.
- Collaborate with the RCU team on the field and HO, conducting feasibility analysis through cost and efforts involved versus benefits.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in COE or PMO role with basic understanding of the lending process.
- Ability to straddle both functional and technical sides, with flexibility and humility.
- Strong logical reasoning skills and acumen to understand fraud trends and set up detective/preventive controls.
