Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Release Management team, focusing on growth, development, and process improvement.
Develop and manage the team's backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
The Release Management team is responsible for providing a seamless developer experience, enabling our team to work efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include:
Providing internal tooling and technical processes to support product development.
Managing the Jenkins CI system, ensuring smooth execution of development and testing processes.
Overseeing the product release process, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
Managing GitLAB hosting, facilitating collaboration and code management.
Managing the issue tracker, ensuring effective issue tracking and resolution.
Managing internal production and testing servers, ensuring uptime and performance.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Telecommunications.
At least 1 year of experience in a team lead position.
5+ years of experience in release management and/or managing CI systems, preferably Jenkins.
5+ years of experience in Linux System Administration, with expertise in Ubuntu Linux or similar.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Tomcat, Apache2, Git, and scripting languages (bash, python).
Experience with Ansible, GitLab, and AWS Cloud is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and initiative.
