Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Epc Sourcing and Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our supply chain strategy and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Suppliers Prequalification process, collaborating with Project Engineering and Finance teams to evaluate technical capabilities and mitigate risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with market intelligence to obtain competitive rates from suppliers for project cost estimates.
  • Lead the preparation and management of RFP/RFQ and tenders, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and comparisons of proposals received by suppliers, ensuring compliance with project and company standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers during the tender process and contract negotiation.
  • Take ownership of operating purchasing activities, preparing internal approval requests and purchasing orders.
  • Provide support to the Project and Construction Management team during project execution for extra orders and claim management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement or suppliers/subcontractor management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, with a strong ability to analyze data and communicate effectively.
  • Business fluency in English and Spanish, with additional European languages a plus.
