Key Responsibilities- Supplier Management: Manage the Suppliers Prequalification process, coordinating with Project Engineering and Finance teams for technical evaluation and risk analyses.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market intelligence to obtain rates from suppliers for the Project cost estimates.
- Tender Management: Lead the preparation and management of RFP/RFQ and tenders.
- Proposal Analysis: Conduct accurate analysis and comparisons of proposals received by suppliers, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements.
- Supplier Communication: Be the point of contact for suppliers during Tender process and contract negotiation.
- Purchasing Activities: Take ownership of operating purchasing activities, preparing the internal approvals requests, Purchasing Orders.
- Project Support: Provide support to the Project and Construction Management team during project execution for extra orders and claim management.
- Education: Bachelor's in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable degree.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Procurement or Suppliers/Subcontractor management or you have worked for a Module Supplier or WTG supplier.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, which underlines your ability to effectively utilize essential tools for data analysis, documentation, and communication.
- Language: Business fluency in English and Spanish. Any other European language is advantageous.
