About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EPC Sourcing and Procurement Manager to join our team at Q ENERGY. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the suppliers prequalification process, coordinating with project engineering and finance teams for technical evaluation and risk analyses.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the suppliers prequalification process, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements.
  2. Conduct accurate analysis and comparisons of proposals received by suppliers.
  3. Lead the preparation and management of RFP/RFQ and tenders.
  4. Be the point of contact for suppliers during the tender process and contract negotiation.
  5. Take ownership of operating purchasing activities, preparing internal approvals requests and purchasing orders.
  6. Provide support to the project and construction management team during project execution for extra orders and claim management.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  2. Experience in purchase/procurement of PV modules or wind turbine generators or BOP items.
  3. 3-5 years of experience in procurement or suppliers/subcontractor management or experience working for a module supplier or WTG supplier.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, which underlines your ability to effectively utilize essential tools for data analysis, documentation, and communication.
  5. Business fluency in English and Spanish. Any other European language is advantageous.
