{"h1": "Tech Product Owner - ERP Replacement Project", "p": "At IAG Tech, we are seeking an experienced Tech Product Owner to lead the implementation of a new payroll ERP system. This project will replace the current ERP and integrate with other systems, ensuring correct functionality and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the ERP replacement project, coordinating and managing the implementation of the new payroll ERP system.
* Define and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing user stories and ensuring that the technical team is working on the most valuable tasks.
* Ensure that the solutions delivered meet the quality standards and requirements of the business, carrying out necessary tests and validations.
* Act as a bridge between the business and the technical team, facilitating communication and problem solving.
* Evaluate the performance of the new post-implementation ERP system, collecting feedback and promoting continuous improvements to maximize the value delivered to the business.

Requirements:

* Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is a must.
* At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in payroll ERP implementation projects and personnel administration.
* Strong understanding of ERP systems and experience with system integrations.
* Working knowledge of agile methodologies.
* Proven knowledge on Spanish labour regulation, including Social Security and Taxes processes.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
* Native Spanish and High English language.
