We are currently seeking a highly skilled Principal DevSecOps Architect to join our team. As a key member of our European architecture community, you will be responsible for driving best practices across all major assets, reporting into the European Chief Architect.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Review and define the EU standard and best practices on CI/CD, branching strategies, and tooling.
- Setup and maintain automation for tech debt reviews, including data collection and BI/visualization for tech debt reviews.
- Automation for repos compliance, including integration with Azure DevOps, Black Duck, and Checkmarx.
- Review and deep dives into CI/CD and branching strategies for local assets.
- Operation and maintenance of the EU SonarQube instance, along with supporting the teams, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with SQ support.
**Requirements:**
- 10-15 years of experience in DevSecOps, with substantial exposure to big and complex matrix-based organizations.
- Natural coaching skills, strong influencing skills, and excellent communication.
- Fluency in English is a must-have, as the role will be interfacing with all European teams.
- Proficiency in GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jira, cloud engineering, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform or any other leading framework.
- Strong knowledge of.NET and C# is highly recommended.
