Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bioinformatics Specialist to join our team at ADM. As a key member of our data science and analytics group, you will be responsible for developing and applying innovative computational methods to analyze and integrate high-throughput Multi-omics datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and apply advanced computational methods to analyze and integrate large-scale genomic and transcriptomic data.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and interpret genomic and transcriptomic studies.
• Collaborate with external experts to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in bioinformatics and genomics.
• Communicate research findings through peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and internal reports.

Requirements and Qualifications

• PhD in Biological Sciences (Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Computational Biology) or equivalent.
• Strong background in bioinformatics, genomics, and data analysis.
• Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with high-performance computing environments and cloud-based services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
