Job Title: Bioinformatic Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Bioinformatic Specialist to join our team at Archer Daniels Midland Company. As a key member of our Probiotics Plant in Paterna, Valencia, España, you will be responsible for executing and implementing bioinformatic pipelines to analyze data from Next Generation Sequencing.

Your Responsibilities:
• Execute internal bioinformatic pipelines to NGS analysis
• Implement new internal bioinformatic pipelines to NGS analysis
• Statistically analyze data coming from NGS studies
• Maintain updated both programs and databases

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Sciences, and MSc degree in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology or similar
• Experience in data science, scripting (R, Python, etc), data analysis, statistical models, and reporting (latex, writing skills)
• Valuable experience in microbiome data analysis and biostatistics
